Returns & Exchanges
Customers may exchange items they wish to return, but monetary refunds cannot be offered.
We accept returns that reach us within 30 days from the date of delivery with a valid order number.
Return shipping will be paid by the customer and must be returned via a traceable shipping method. We cannot be held liable for items that do not make it back to us.
Returns must be in perfect, unworn condition with tags intact in the original packaging. If we deem items are unfit for a return, we will send the garments back to you at your expense.
Delivery fees and duties, if any, cannot be refunded.
If there is a fault in the garment or it is damaged during shipment, we will replace the item at no extra cost to you.
