Your Legal Right to Cancel

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, simply select "Submit Withdrawal" from the website footer and complete the online withdrawal form. We'll acknowledge your request promptly and provide instructions for returning your order.

Once your returned items have been received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

Please note that original delivery charges and any duties or taxes paid are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Our Returns Policy

In addition to your statutory rights, we are pleased to offer exchanges on eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returns must:

• Reach us within 30 days of delivery.
• Be accompanied by a valid order number.
• Be returned in perfect, unworn condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

If we determine that an item has been worn, damaged or is otherwise unsuitable for resale, we reserve the right to decline the exchange and return the item to you at your expense.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Faulty Items

If your garment arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll arrange a replacement or an appropriate remedy at no additional cost to you.
