Designed in London
Every Liberty print begins as a hand-drawn artwork created by Liberty’s in-house design studio in Soho, London. The studio’s talented artists reinterpret historic archive prints alongside newly imagined designs, producing hundreds of patterns each year across fashion, interiors and craft. From delicate florals to bold patterns, each print carries Liberty’s signature balance of timeless beauty and contemporary creativity
Printed in Italy
Once the designs are created, the fabrics are printed at Liberty’s specialist mill near Lake Como in northern Italy. Here, traditional textile expertise meets modern innovation. Liberty combines advanced digital textile printing technology with carefully refined production techniques to ensure exceptional colour clarity, precision and quality. Digital printing also significantly reduces water consumption compared with traditional screen printing methods, helping to support more responsible fabric production.
Liberty Tana Lawn™ Cotton
At Ce Jour-Là we use Liberty Tana Lawn™ cotton, one of Liberty’s most iconic fabrics. Renowned for its silk-like softness, breathability and durability, Tana Lawn is created using ultra-fine cotton yarns that produce a lightweight fabric with an incredibly smooth finish. For children, this means clothing that feels soft against the skin, allows freedom of movement and is comfortable enough for everyday play while maintaining its beautiful structure.
