What happens if my item doesn’t fit?

We want every piece to feel just right. If your item isn’t the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days, as long as it’s unworn and in its original condition.

What is your returns policy?

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging. Once your return is received, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days. You can view our full policy on our Delivery & Timing page.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes. If you’d like a different size or style, simply request an exchange when you submit your return. We’ll take care of the rest.

Can I amend my order?

Once your order is placed we are unable to amend your order. If you would like to add items to your order, you will need to place a second order. If you have any queries, please send us an email at contact@cejour-la.com

Do I need to pay import duties for international orders?

As they vary from country to country, we are unable to refund local tax, duty, import, and other charges applicable to your jurisdiction. If any charges are incurred, the customer must pay for them.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver worldwide including the UK, Singapore, USA, Australia and beyond. If you’re unsure whether we ship to you, just send us a note - we’re happy to help.

My order is a gift - can you wrap it?

Yes. We offer simple, thoughtful gift wrapping to make your parcel feel extra special. Just select “gift wrap” at checkout.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Of course. You can add a personal message at checkout, and we’ll include it on a beautifully printed card.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes - Ce jour-là digital gift cards are available in a range of values and are delivered instantly via email. They make the perfect “let-them-choose” present.

There is a quality issue with my item - what should I do?

We’re so sorry to hear this. Please email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. Our team will review it quickly and arrange a replacement or refund.

Can you give me more information on measurements and sizing?

Each product page includes detailed sizing notes and garment measurements to help you find the best fit. If you’re unsure, just reach out - we’re always here to advise.

Are Ce jour-là clothes machine washable?

Yes - all our pieces are made from high-quality 100% cotton and designed for everyday living. Everything is machine washable and created to wash beautifully and last.
