Returns & Exchanges

At Ce Jour-Là, we want every piece to feel just right. If something isn’t a perfect fit, our returns and exchanges process is designed to be simple and stress-free. Whether you need a different size, a new style, or a quick refund, we’re here to make it easy - so your little one can enjoy their favourites without any fuss.

We’re happy to accept returns and exchanges that reach us within 14 days of delivery, as long as you have a valid order number.

To return an item, please use a traceable shipping method. Return postage is covered by the customer, and we’re unable to take responsibility for parcels that don’t make it back to us. We recommend using a tracked service to return the item.

All items must be in perfect, unworn condition with tags attached and returned in their original packaging.

Please note that delivery fees and any duties paid are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or there’s a quality issue, we’ll replace it right away at no extra cost - just get in touch and we’ll take care of it.
